Support our State-Champion Rifle Team with MMAAO Match Campaign
Massanutten Military Academy (Woodstock, VA) - Massanutten Military Academy needs your help expanding opportunities for cadets. Our rifle team has won back-to-back state championships under the coaching of Ms. Bridget Burner and Mr. Aaron Vallejo. To try and make it a three-peat, we need your support. Many of our cadets are left-eye dominant, but currently the Academy only has one left-handed rifle. That limits the amount of time our cadets have for practice and who can compete in each meet.
That's why the Massanutten Military Academy Alumni Organization is helping coordinate a match campaign to buy a new ambidextrous rifle for our team. Our coaches have highlighted this rifle for our team, which all together is expected to cost approximately $3,000. The MMAAO graciously agreed to set up a match campaign to help with our goal. That means if we raise $1,500 through donations, they will meet that fundraising total so we can purchase the rifle before next competition season.
