Birthday/Celebration Orders

Parents are you interested in ordering pizza, wings, cakes or cupcakes for your cadets birthday or other celebrations? The dining hall staff is willing and happy to fill any orders you want to place for less than half of the price of an outside vendor. Tuition and Bill Pay

For your convenience, you may pay fees, tuition and deposit funds into your cadet's allowance account. You have the option to pay using check, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, or call the business office at 540-459-2167.

Technology Device Payment

All new cadets for the 2023-2024 academic year will be issued an Academy laptop and if the parent/guardian wants their cadet to have a cell phone on campus it will be an Academy issued cell phone.
Cell phones will not be ordered until payment is received.
Returning cadets can opt in for this school year only.

2023 Weekend Activities

The registration and payment link for fall 2023 weekend trips are available below. Please note that some trips are for only High School or Middle School cadets.
