Cadets Helped Catholic Outreach Sort Their Inventory
Dear Dr. Skipper:
I don't know what we would have done if your eighteen Cadets had not volunteered to assist in moving our Catholic Outreach store. They were polite, respectful, listened well, worked hard, of good cheer and miraculously got the job done in 2 1/2 hours. This was an 8-room house with a double garage stuffed to the core with clothing, household items, furniture, and shelving. We truly were expecting this to be an all-day project.
Colonel Marcelo Goncalez was paramount in organizing the Cadets and working with us. We ended with a pizza party and allowed each Cadet to take one item from our stock. It was truly delightful to see their energy and playfulness as they scoured the treasures. We cannot thank you enough for allowing them to not only assist, but actually being the muscle behind the move. May God bless you, Massanutten Military Academy, and all the Cadets.
