Marketing & Communications Manager
Massanutten Military Academy is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement the Academy’s marketing plan. This position is hands-on, fast paced and requires occassional work on evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge:
- Graphic design experience
- Experience with photography and video production for social media and website
- Experience managing business social media platforms
- Experience writing copy for: Social media platforms, Email marketing, Blogs and Press Releases
- Experience with Blackbaud or other CMS and ability to make routine updates
- Experience with an email marketing system and digital survey systems
- Working knowledge of Google Ads is preferred
- Plan & coordinate Academy events, such as Homecoming and Founders Day
- Consistent high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for photography
- Travel scheduling for marketing duties
- Must be a team player and undertake other duties as assigned.
- A valid background check is required for this position.
