Each month, Massanutten Military Academy opens its doors to prospective students and parents for special Open House events. These events provide an opportunity for students and parents to take a tour of the campus and allow them to see firsthand all that Massanutten Military Academy has to offer.
A rich history and promising future
Providing academic and leadership excellence since 1899, Massanutten Military Academy has a long-standing history and has had a lasting impact on the town of Woodstock, VA. While students will spend much of their time on the Massanutten campus, they also have the opportunity to branch out and explore the town. Through partnerships with local businesses and churches, service projects, and our radio station our cadets have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Woodstock community as well.
A home away from home
With 25% of our student body being international, students from all over the world come to Massanutten Military Academy to further their education. Students feel comfortable and safe on Massanutten’s campus, and many current students have found that Massanutten has become their “home away from home.” An in-person tour during an Open House event gives future attendees, as well as their family members, the chance to view campus grounds and facilities and see how comfortable and welcoming this military school can be.
Getting the opportunity to see where they will be residing and studying allows prospective students to get a feel for campus life and see all of the amenities Massanutten Military Academy has to offer. There will be two Open Houses held in May, the first is scheduled for this Saturday May 14th and another will be on May 28th from 10am-1pm.
