At MMA we teach the Science of Weightlifting. On the first day cadets are taught in a classroom environment both Myofibrillar and Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy and how they will change their muscular structure. We employ a scientifically designed four-day split routine individualized to meet each cadet’s overall goals.
Myofibrillar Hypertrophy will create and develop a larger stronger more muscular frame. Conversely, Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy develops a leaner muscular frame. Each cadet fills out a questionnaire and their muscular life goals are discussed. Their weight and body fat is measured and checked at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the season. Allowing the cadet to visually see the progress they are making.
At MMA we take the sport of weightlifting very seriously. Head Coach Yates has over 30 years' experience in a weight room and uses the most up to date methods to ensure your cadet takes a step forward in changing their muscular body structure.
