Justin Elshafie is a Recruiter and Retention Manager who works with current and prospective families to help decide their educational needs.
Justin, being an alumnus of the Academy, believes that all teenage students need the structure that Massanutten provides. He knows how important the regimented daily life can be for your child’s future, and the three pillars of the Academy support your child’s success- military, sports and academics. All three pillars are important aspects of a cadet’s daily life.
Justin is also the assistant athletic director, head baseball coach, and an assistant football coach, so his interaction with the cadets does not stop once they are enrolled at Massanutten.
Justin’s prior position was that of Senior Male TAC in which he worked with the cadets as a mentor and coach.
With Justin’s firsthand experience of being a graduate, alumnus and employee make him a huge asset to our admissions team.
Justin’s philosophy on and off the field with cadets is that in order to succeed in life and school you must dedicate your life to getting 1% better each and every day in all aspects of life.
Justin lives with his wife Tristin Elshafie, also an alumnus of the Academy, and his adorable daughter Mila in Toms Brook, Virginia.
