Cadets Win Over Faculty/Staff in Flag Football
Upsetting the series, the cadets were able to pull of a win over the faculty and staff by a total of one point!
The Faculty/Staff Team was coached and quarterbacked by LTC Lester Layman and despite some amazing plays by Coach Chad Myers and Hayden Sowers, the Faculty/Staff defense could not hold back the Cadets.
The Cadet team was coached and quarterbacked by Nate David and Liam Wall. The Cadets took advantage of the weaker Faculty defense and every member playing on the field was able to score. The day saw Luke Bender, however, arise as the leading scorer with 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
Still, the series is not at an end with softball to be played on Tuesday and ultimate frisbe to be played on Wednesday. We are excited to see who will emerge victorious.
