    Summer School Registration will begin in Riddleberger Hall on the North side of campus. From there you will be directed where to go.

    Fireworks

    The cadets will be escorted to the Shenandoah County Fairgrounds to watch the fireworks display for the fourth of July.

    Colonel's Camp: Wreath Laying at the Tomb of the Unknowns

    This year we have been very lucky and our Colonel's Camp Cadets have been chosen to lay the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetary. This is a huge honor.

    Woodstock Pool

    Students will be taken to the Woodstock Pool for an afternoon of fun. The cost is $10 and all student participation is conditional upon the student's academic and "good conduct" eligibility.

    Washington Nationals Game

    The students will have a chance to travel in to Washington D.C. to see the Nationals take on the Braves.  The cost is $50 and all student participation is conditional upon the student's academic and "good conduct" eligibility.

    Colonel's Camp: Mount Vernon

    The Colonel's Camp Cadets will travel to Mount Vernon, the home of George Washington. Here they will take a tour of the grounds and visit his tomb.
  • STEM Camp: Baker Farms

    The STEM Camp cadets will travel out to Baker Farms. This pig farm is unique as it focuses on environmentally friendly and sustainable farming techniques.

    Colonel's Camp: National Museum of the Marine Corps

    The National Museum of the Marine Corps  provides students with a history of the Corps as well as a chance to talk to some former Marines.
  • STEM Camp: Luray Caverns and Zoo

    The STEM cadets will travel to the Luray Caverns and Zoo. The caverns are a magnificent natural formation while the zoo is a rescue zoo. It houses over 250 exotic animals that were unwanted or abused pets at one point in their lives.

    Cosmic Bowling

    The students will travel to the local bowling alley for an evening of bowling under the "cosmic lights." The cost is $35 and all student participation is conditional upon the student's academic and "good conduct" eligibility.
  • Admissions Tour

    We would like to invite you to tour our beautiful campus nestled in the quaint town of Woodstock, Virginia during an open house on Saturday from 10 am- 2 pm.  It is a great opportunity to see our academy up close and personal and meet current staff and students.  If you cannot attend an Open House, please contact us to schedule a private tour Monday through Friday between 9:00 – 4:00pm.

    Kings Dominion

    The students will travel to an amusement park, Kings Dominion. The cost is $50 and all student participation is conditional upon the student's academic and "good conduct" eligibility.

    Colonel's Camp: Harper's Ferry and Dinosaurland

    Harper's Ferry is just a short jaunt from campus and has much historical significance in regards to the Civil War. Dinosaurland is a fun amusement park which the students will get to explore.

    The Colonel's Camp Cadets will explore the natural beauty and wonder of Natural Bridge.

    Paintball

    This trip is non-refundable and requires a waiver to be signed. The cost is $70 and all student participation is conditional upon the student's academic and "good conduct" eligibility.
