Mission Statement

Massanutten Military Academy’s mission is to provide a structured learning environment that produces confident, capable, productive citizens who are prepared for leadership and service.

Our mission is established on the founding motto of the Academy, "Non Nobis Solum" ("Not for ourselves alone"), and based on the principles of Courage, Purity, and Industry.

Accreditation

MMA is fully accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS), by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and by the Virginia Council for Private Education.

Memberships

MMA is a member of The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS),  Association of Military Colleges and Schools of the U.S. (AMCSUS), National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), and Virginia Association of Military Schools (VAMS).
