National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is an organization that promotes not only scholarship but also character, leadership, and service. MMA participates in both the junior NHS and the standard high school NHS. Members exemplify key MMA values. For instance, major projects of the current school year reflect the chapter's interest in global concerns, such as natural preservation. NHS students have worked diligently on both paper and plastic recycling projects. "It means a lot to me to know that our work helps to preserve the environment for the future," said HJ Lee, who has been a member for several years.
