Admission Steps

1. Fully and accurately complete the Application for Admission and return it to Massanutten Military Academy with the $50 nonrefundable application fee.

2. The parent or guardian must sign the Confidential Report Forms and provide them to the applicant's current school. The current school's administrators must complete the forms and mail them directly to the Academy.

3. A copy of the applicant's transcripts must be mailed to the Academy by the current school or may be hand carried by the parent in a sealed envelope provided by the school's administration.

4. A current physical (Commonwealth of Virginia School Entry Exam or equivalent) must be provided to the Academy.

5. The applicant's immunization/shot record must be provided to the Academy.

6. Coordinate with the Admissions Department at 877-466-6222 to visit the school and interview with the Admissions Committee.

7. The Admissions Committee will make a recommendation to the President of MMA who will then make the final decision regarding acceptance.

8. After acceptance, provide the required $500 room deposit (nonrefundable but applies to tuition) to the Academy. Admissions will then guide you through the enrollment process including completion of all Enrollment Forms.

9. Congratulations! It's time for your son or daughter to become a Cadet at Massanutten Military Academy.

NOTE: Students may be conditionally accepted before Massanutten Military Academy reviews all of the above; however, no cadet may enroll at the Academy without all forms and supporting documents being on file at the Academy.
