MMA Summer 2007 Reading List The middle school program
concentrates on developing academic knowledge and skills important
for the cadet’s success in high school and college.
Middle school activities are designed to complement the educational
process and influence the development of hobbies, personal
interests, and an appreciation for the arts. In addition to the four
core subjects, cadets are required to take a full year of health and
physical education skills. All courses take advantage of the
cultural, historical and natural location of the Academy. Male middle school cadets are
assigned to a middle school company for living arrangements.
Assigned Cadet Development Officers (CDOs) and carefully selected upper class cadets
direct the company. Female middle school cadets live in Warehime
Hall and are part of Company A, our all-female company. |
